Why Sourcewell?
Sourcewell is a government agency that combines the purchasing power of more than 50,000 government, education, and nonprofit organizations across the U.S. and Canada. Cooperative purchasing means Sourcewell's procurement analysts run the competitive solicitation — RFPs and formal bid processes — once, on behalf of every participating agency, so your organization doesn't have to run its own.
That means:
- No separate RFP required. Span-Tech's Sourcewell contract has already gone through the competitive solicitation process on your behalf, covering both general purchasing and construction-related contracting.
- Faster timelines. Skip months of procurement process and go straight to project planning.
- Free to join. There's no cost or obligation to register as a Sourcewell participating agency, and registration typically takes just a few minutes.
- Transparent pricing. Your agency can compare the building price on your quote against Sourcewell's published pricing.
- Local sales and installation. Hoop Buildings handles your project from quote through installation, backed by Span-Tech's engineering and Sourcewell contract.
Sourcewell's cooperative purchasing process is designed to satisfy competitive procurement requirements, but every agency's rules are different — we always recommend confirming with your solicitor, attorney, or procurement office that a Sourcewell purchase meets your specific requirements.

How It Works
- Register with Sourcewell. If you're not yet a member, sign up free at Sourcewell's site — it only takes a few minutes, and you'll receive a Sourcewell member number.
- Tell us about your project. Share your building size, intended use, site details, and your Sourcewell member number using the quote form below.
- We prepare your Sourcewell quote. Your quote is itemized by component — building, erection, foundation, and any other applicable goods or services — so pricing is clear and easy to review.
- Hoop Buildings handles sales and installation. Once approved, we manage your project through delivery and on-site installation — without the procurement bottleneck.
Built for Public-Sector Projects
Fabric buildings are a common fit for the kinds of projects public agencies manage every year: salt and sand storage, fleet and equipment storage, maintenance facilities, athletic and recreation covers, and emergency response staging. Hoop Buildings' structures are engineered for real-world load requirements, including site-specific snow and wind ratings, so your project meets code without over-spending on materials you don't need.
