Shipping policy
shipments are made F.O.B. at point of manufacturing located at 609 Main St, Houghton, IA 52631, unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include freight,
shipping or handling charges. Separate charges for freight, shipping and handling will be shown on Seller’s invoice. Delivery shall be complete and title and risk
of loss or damage and responsibility for the products shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. All risk of loss or damage in transit shall be borne by
Buyer. Buyer shall have the sole responsibility to file claims with the carrier and any other entity involved with respect to claims for breakage, loss, delay and
damage. In the absence of shipping directions from Buyer and without Seller incurring any liability, products will be shipped by the method and via carrier
Seller believes dependable. The carrier shall not be deemed an agent of Seller.
